INSTRUCTOR

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in real-world Mixed Martial Arts—trained in close-quarters combat, scenario-based weapon defense, survival conditioning, and high-pressure recovery protocols. I’ve worked in law enforcement. I’ve served in the U.S. Navy. I’ve been trained to respond, adapt, and survive when things go sideways—fast—and I bring that same mindset into every session. My training includes drown-proofing, tactical MMA, open-water survival, improvised rescue, and combat conditioning under stress. I’m CPR and First Aid certified (basic and advanced), because if I’m going to push someone to their limits, I better know how to keep them safe while doing it. I’m not just a trainer—I’m a guide. I’ve lived what I teach. I’ve trained for pressure, chaos, and survival—and now I teach others how to stay sharp, stay ready, and stay standing. I created the Battle Born Method™ to rebuild people from the inside out—body, mind, and mission—and I built the WRTPR System to anchor the habits, structure, and discipline they’ll need to carry it into every part of their lives. What is WRTPR?
WRTPR stands for Work. Rest. Think. Plan. Repeat. It’s a discipline system that builds mental and physical structure outside the gym.
Can I train with a full-time job or night shifts?
Yes. I run sessions Sundays through Tuesdays. You don’t need a perfect schedule—you just need to communicate, and we’ll make it work.
What if I miss a session?
Miss once, bounce back. Miss twice without communication, we talk. Miss more, and you’re showing me you’re not ready. I don’t chase clients—I build them.
Do you train teens?
Yes—ages 10–17 by request only. No combat. Strength, movement, and discipline only.
What gear do I need?
Athletic clothes, water, and the willingness to work. I’ll guide you on additional gear if needed during training.
How do I sign up?

Do you offer refunds?
No. This isn’t a gym membership. You’re paying for structure and accountability. You commit. I deliver.
Do you train women?
Yes—if they’re serious and meet the same standard. I don’t water down the training for anyone.
Is this self-defense or martial arts?
It’s both—built on what actually works. No belts. No tradition. Just results under pressure.
Is this military training?
No. This is my own system. Some of what I teach is shaped by what I’ve learned through military service and survival training—but none of it comes from any official programs. It’s built for civilians who want to be truly prepared.
Do you teach weapons?
I teach how to survive and disarm—not how to pose or play with weapons. This is about survival, not fantasy.
