I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in real-world Mixed Martial Arts—trained in close-quarters combat, scenario-based weapon defense, survival conditioning, and high-pressure recovery protocols. I’ve worked in law enforcement. I’ve served in the U.S. Navy. I’ve been trained to respond, adapt, and survive when things go sideways—fast—and I bring that same mindset into every session. My training includes drown-proofing, tactical MMA, open-water survival, improvised rescue, and combat conditioning under stress. I’m CPR and First Aid certified (basic and advanced), because if I’m going to push someone to their limits, I better know how to keep them safe while doing it. I’m not just a trainer—I’m a guide. I’ve lived what I teach. I’ve trained for pressure, chaos, and survival—and now I teach others how to stay sharp, stay ready, and stay standing. I created the Battle Born Method™ to rebuild people from the inside out—body, mind, and mission—and I built the WRTPR System to anchor the habits, structure, and discipline they’ll need to carry it into every part of their lives.
